JOB: Ticketing Manager

Join our team as the Ticketing Manager for the 2015 Auckland Arts Festival.
Reporting to the Marketing and Development Director, the Ticketing Manager will manage the ticketing for Auckland Arts Festival 2015.
This role is for an experienced ticketing specialist with a good understanding of the arts and entertainment industry.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of ticketing processes, systems and software. This is a role that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Time management and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Having a great working relationship with ticketing agencies (especially Ticketmaster and Q Theatre) is an advantage.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position from 4 August 2014 to April 2015.
